How to Use
Heat Therapy (Eye Mask Instructions): Place the eye mask in the microwave and warm for 30 sec.
Heat Therapy (Neck Wrap Instructions): Fold the compress in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is achieved. (NO LONGER THAN 1.5 MIN. Always test the temperature of your mask before applying it to your skin)
Cold Therapy: Store in the freezer until ready to use. Apply as a cold compress
