RETURNS
We gladly accept returns for products within 30 days of the receipt of an order. How to make a return: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by calling Customer Service at 404-367-8300. We will verify that you purchased your products directly from our Chambre d’Amis, LLC site. Please make sure that you qualify before returning the product to us. Returns without an RMA# will not qualify for a credit. To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days of order with a note including the # RMA number.

Customers pay for the return shipment charges. We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking system as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Once received, return packages will be processed within 10 business days. Your refund will be in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow time for your credit card company to reflect the credit in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
In the event that we have shipped an incorrect product(s), please notify us via email or call us at 404-367-8300. We will immediately re-ship the replacement items at no additional shipping charge to you along with a return label. Once you receive the new item(s), please use the return label to ship the incorrect item (s) back to us to avoid being charged for the replacement.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, contact our Customer Sales Representative by telephone at 404-367-8033. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.
